Because lipstick cannot be resold, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. We will, however, replace any item that is defective or arrives damaged. If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, and its content rendered unusable, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1.833.873.2236 or email us your exchange request with an explanation to: info@cadocosmetics.com. The carrier will be notified and the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
For bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return.
