We’ve taken the greatest care to use the finest ingredients available with no animal products, no animal testing and no harsh chemicals. This is important to us because unlike skin on the rest of your face, what goes on your lips goes directly into your bloodstream.
All our packaging and tubes are recyclable. Our lipsticks are organic, vegan, cruelty-free and gluten-free, allowing many people with sensitivities to enjoy our product while considering the health of our planet!
And our lipstick colours are very diverse, offering long-lasting hydration, rich colours and a marvelous, creamy texture - not an easy feat for a vegan product!

For the safety of our clientele, we had to include a preservative, so we chose very carefully. We use BHT as a preservative. Health Canada states that “ The amount of BHT used in cosmetic products is typically 0.01-0.1%, and does not pose a risk to skin, nor does it penetrate skin far enough to be absorbed into the bloodstream." We also use Phenoxyethanol which is usually synthesized for commercial use but it can also be found naturally in products such as green tea.
If there is no preservative, harmful bacteria and fungi may grow and that can make one quite sick. Phenoxyethanol is safer than parabens and currently, is considered the best preservative available. This has been scientifically proven to be effective and safe which is why we use it.
Safety for our clients is paramount.
